Kat Dennings, born Katherine Victoria Litwack on June 13, 1986 at Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania was the firstborn child of Ellen and Gerald Dennings. Ellen Dennings, Kat's mother, is a writer and speech therapist. The father of Kat is Gerald. Gerald is a professor in a prestigious college as well as a molecular biologist. Dennings was the oldest of five siblings was raised by an orthodox Jewish parents, is an actress who has made a name for herself. Dennings went through homeschooling but attended school for a short time. This arrangement with homeschooling is the ideal choice for her since she was a child with a desire to become an actor as early as her time.
